Introduction

I figured since my family and I make grilled veggie skewers on a regular basis, I'd add it to my recipes for easy tracking & perhaps to inspire others to try 'em out! I figured since my family and I make grilled veggie skewers on a regular basis, I'd add it to my recipes for easy tracking & perhaps to inspire others to try 'em out!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Green pepper, chopped into 1-1.5 square inch pieces
    1 Red Pepper, chopped into 1-1.5 square inch pieces
    6-8 oz. of mushrooms
    1.5 medium onions, quartered
    1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
    1 tbsp crushed fresh rosemary

Directions

Clean all vegetables.
Carefully slide cut vegetables onto skewers, alternating vegetables and allowing for a variety of colors
Based on your BBQing style, either place skewers on a sheet of foil or simply on a platter and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sprinkle fresh rosemary for extra flavor
BBQ skewers on the grill until the peppers lose their crisp, firmnes
