* Raspberries, 10 raspberries
* Yoplait Light Yogurt, Strawberry, 6 oz
* 8th Continent Fat Free Soy Milk-vanilla, 1 cup
* Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
* 8 ice cubes
* Kretschmer Wheat Germ, 1 Tbsp
One cup can be frozen for later use. Simply defrost the cup of smoothie for 2-3 minutes. Then place back in the blender. You may need to add a little more milk to get a smooth consistency.
