Number of Servings: 4


    1 lg summer squash
    1 medium onion
    2 medium carrots
    2 small stalks of celery
    1 medium zucchini
    2 tbl olive oil
    1 pkg lipton secrets


Combine any combination fo veggies with the soup mix and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Bake on a baking sheet for 20 minutes at 450.
