Ingredients

    Dressing:
    1/3 Cup Olive Oil
    .25 cup of liquid Egg substitute
    1 tsp Yellow Mustard
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    2 tsp Lime Juice
    1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
    .5 tsp Salt
    .5 tsp Black Pepper
    3 cups of shredded romain lettuce
    .5 cup of Croutons (To garnish)
    1/4 Cup of Parmesan Cheese (To Garnish)

Directions

To make the dressing, add all ingredients (except olive oil) and beat them together. add Olive oil in a steady stream, beating manually or with a hand held mixer. Pour dresing over the salad, ad croutons and tossed the salad. Serve with Parmesan Cheese sprinkled.
