Introduction

Great fresh fruit salad for hot summer days. I bring this to every get-together so I know I'll have at least one healthy option for salads. Great fresh fruit salad for hot summer days. I bring this to every get-together so I know I'll have at least one healthy option for salads.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 Can Pineapple Chunks - Drained
    1 Can Lite Sliced Peaches (in juice) - Drained
    2 C Green Grapes
    2 C Sliced Strawberries
    1.5 C Blueberries
    1/2 C Raisins
    1/4 C Flaked Coconut (sweetened)

Directions

Slice strawberries. Cut peach slices into thirds. mix all ingredients in a lage bowl. Serve chilled. Makes about 12 - 3/4 C servings
