Introduction

This a great mexican dish! I wanted something to make ahead and that could just be popped in the oven. I made it over the weekend and we ate it later in the week. This a great mexican dish! • My husband made this recipe for the first time and I really enjoyed the mexican lasagne. He made it with some modifications. For instance, he used deer meat (lean meat) instead of hamburger. I actually like the mexican lasagne better than itailin. I found it to be more fullfilling in a lighter sense - 1/26/09

  • For us it seemed a little dry. The next time I might add some salsa to it. - 7/3/08
