Introduction

The name may put you off, but this easy mold is based in a classic flavor combination. This spread is a low-calorie party food that is guaranteed to surprise your guests' palates!. The name may put you off, but this easy mold is based in a classic flavor combination. This spread is a low-calorie party food that is guaranteed to surprise your guests' palates!.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 pkg sugar-free lemon jello
    3/4c. boiling water
    1/2c. applie, diced
    1/2c. celery, diced
    3oz jar pimento
    1/2c. fat-free mayo or miracle whip

Directions

Mix jello and water in decorative mold (or bundt pan). Set aside to cool.
Chop apple, celery, and pimentos. Mix with mayo.
Add this mixture to the jello. Blend.

Refrigerate overnight at least. Serve on a bed of lettuce with low-fat saltines.

Serving size is 1/8 of the mold.
