Texican Lasagne

Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 corn tortillas
    1 1/2 c shredded light cheese
    2 skinless chicken breasts, boiled and sliced
    3 cups marinara sauce
    1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper

Directions

1. Mix spices with marinara sauce.
2. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray and place a layer of corn tortillas in pan.
3. Next, add a layer of marinara sauce.
4. Add chicken on top of this.
5. Next add layer of cheese.
6. Add another layer or tortillas, sauce and cheese.

Bake at 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until cheese begins to brown.
