Banana almond muffins

Ingredients

    1 cup oats
    1 cup non fat milk
    3/4 cup mashed banana
    2 egg whites
    3/4 cup flour
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 cup chopped almonds
    1/5 cup brown suger, splenda blend

Directions

Combine milk and oatmeal in bowl let sit for 1 hour.

In another bowl, combine dry ingredients. when hour is up add banana and egg whites to oat mixture then fold in dry ingredients.
Spoon into prepared greased or paper lined muffin tins, please note this recipe makes 16 small muffins or if using a large muffin tin may affect qty.
