Out of Frozen Fruit Smoothies

Introduction

I ran out of most of my frozen and fresh. So, I came up with this smoothie to get me by for this morning. :) I ran out of most of my frozen and fresh. So, I came up with this smoothie to get me by for this morning. :)
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup frozen raspberries
    1 scoop Strawberry whey protien
    1/2 cup low fat yogurt
    1/2 cup low fat milk (skim)
    1/2 cup Fiber one
    6 ice cubes

Directions

Blend until smooth.

Makes about 2 10 oz servings.
