Orange Teriyaki Chicken

Introduction

Slow Cooked Asian flavored chicken. Good served over rice, very low calorie. Slow Cooked Asian flavored chicken. Good served over rice, very low calorie.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup orange juice
    3 Tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
    1 cup (or so) chopped celery
    1 medium onion, chopped
    fresh broccoli (as much as you'd like)
    2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1 Tbsp minced garlic
    1 tsp dried basil
    1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
    1/2 tsp curry powder

Directions

Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and set on low for 6-7 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours. Just before serving, slice or chop the chicken breasts, and put back into the slow cooker. Serve over rice.
