Curried Chicken

Ingredients

    2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 c canned mushrooms
    .5 cup soy sauce
    1 tsp dry mustard
    1 TBSP curry powder

Directions

Put chicken breasts in slow cooker. Sprinkle with dry mustard and curry powder. Drain mushrooms and add to slow cooker. Cover with soy sauce. Cover slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours or until chicken is tender.

  • I did not have mushrooms so i substituted onions. I was in a hurry to cook dinner so I sauted the ckicken then set it aside I used the rest of the ingredients to devolope a auce (adding water and milk cuz I also had no cream of musroom soup. I believe the results were very similar and it was great - 12/10/10
