Ingredients

    12 oz ground beef
    3/4 cup celery or onion
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp sage
    3 tbsp flour
    2 cups 1%milk
    1 tsp curry powder

Directions

brown beef with celery or onion
add salt,pepper,and sage
stir in flour, add milk all at once, stir till it thickens, stir in curry. serve with rice
