Introduction

Great tasting quick and easy salsa. Use with chips as dip or as a topping on tacos. Great tasting quick and easy salsa. Use with chips as dip or as a topping on tacos.

Ingredients

    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    1 small can chopped green chilies
    1 jalapeno pepper
    1 TBS. garlic powder
    1 TBS. onion powder
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 TBS. apple cider vinegar

Directions

Wash and cut jalapeno pepper into 8 pieces. Place in blender and pulse to chop into small pieces. Open and dump all of the cans into the blender, add spices and vinegar. Place the lid on the blender and blend for about 1 minute.

Pour into container and refridgerate.
