Fruity flapjacks

    Oats, 350 grams
    Pure, 225 gram
    Brown Sugar, 200 grams
    Golden Syrup, 4 tbsp
    Raisins, 200 grams


Melt pure, syrup and sugar together in a saucepan. Add oats and raisins. Press into an oiled 4cm deep baking tray. Cook at 160/170C for 40 - 45 minutes. Mark into squares while still warm .
