Ingredients

    500 grams chicken mince - low fat
    1 carrot grated
    1 onion grated
    1 clove minced garlic
    dash of mustard (english)
    worcester or soy sauce - 1 tblspoon
    2.5 tablespoons of tomato paste/puree
    2 teaspoons ketchup/tomato sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 egg mixed up
    oil for frying patties

Directions

add all ingredients in a bowel and mix together with a wooden spoon.
use spoon to make flat chicken patties in the pan.
heat oil and shallow fry chicken patties.
