Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup
Directions
Make your favorite brown rice recipe (Uncle Ben's microwave 90 sec rice, Success Brown Rice, Uncle Ben's 10 min brown rice)
Add salsa, cheddar cheese, and scallions to the hot rice (increase or decrease salsa/cheese/scallions according to taste)
Mix until everything is all ooey gooey warm
