Summer Grilled Shark Steaks

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 1/2 pounds Shark Steak (3 steaks)
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp chopped parsley
    1 clove minced garlic
    1/2 tsp black ground pepper
    2 med scallions, chopped

Directions

Make 3 servings

Combine soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, oil, parsley, garlic and pepper. Pour over steaks. Marinate for 30 mins, turing once half way through.

Remove fish, reserve marinade. Grill on medium about 5 mins per side. Brush with marinade before turning.

Serve with scallion and a little added parsley to garnish.

  • Holy moly, this was super tasty! I made it precisely as directed, and grilled it in the barbeque where we had smoked a roast the day before. The smoke flavor was still added to the steaks making them even more yummy. This is a keeper for sure. - 5/27/09

  • This recipe is FANTASTIC! Although I did switch come ingredients. I loved the suggestions that the flavor of everything combined brought to mind. It's been a while since I found a lovely recipe for Blue Shark Steaks. I served mine with cauliflower and broccoli on the side and whole grain brown rice. - 8/10/08
