3 egg whites
.25 better n' eggs
1/2 cups milk
1/4 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup cooked rice
pinch of nutmeg or cinnamon
Combine first 5 ingredients, beat til combined. add rice , mix well. Pour into casserole. Place in baking pan filled with water
to about 1 in depth. Bake 45 minutesor until knife inserted comes out clean. Serve warm with a pinch of nutmeg or cinnamon.
