Ingredients

4 med potatoes, peeled and diced
1 16 oz bag baby carrots
2 lbs stew meat
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp minced onion
1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp beef base
3 cups HOT water
Directions
Place first 8 ingredients in crock pot. Dissolve beef base in water; pour into crockpot. Cook on LOW 8-10 hours.
