Cabbage Soup

Ingredients

6 green onions
2 bell peppers
2 cans of tomatoes
3 carrots
8 oz sliced fresh mushrooms
1 bunch celery
1 small head of cabbage
1 pkg onion soup mix
2 bouillion cubes
48 oz V8
8 cups water
seasons to taste
Directions
Slice green onions, put in a pot and start to sautee with cooking spray.
Cut pepper, clean, and chop in bite size pieces and add to pot.
Clean cabbage, cut into bite size pieces and add to pot.
Clean carrots, cut into bite size pieces and add to pot.
Slice mushrooms into thick slices, add to pot.
If you like a spicy soup, add a small amount of curry or cayenne pepper.
Add tomatoes, onion soup, and boullion.
Add V8 and water, cover and put on low heat. Let soup cook for a long time-two hours works well. Season to taste.
