Lowfat Texas shredded pork

Ingredients

    1 lb pork loin
    1/2 Tbsp chili powder
    1 tsp cumin
    1/4 tsp coriander
    1/4 tsp thyme
    1/4 tsp oregano
    pinch allspice
    1 1/2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp tomato paste
    1 cups beef broth
    1 cups chicken broth
    2 Tbsp cilantro

Directions

Put all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook 6-8 hrs on LOW. Shred pork during last hour of cooking time.
