Oniony baked pork

Ingredients

    2 boneless pork chops
    1 can french fried onions
    I cant belive its not butter spray
    salt
    pepper
    fiber sure

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Butterfly chops. Spray each with I cant belive its not butter. Mix onions salt and pepper in bag and roll til finely crumbled. Add pork 1 peice at a time to onion mixture; shake to coat. Place in baking dish and bake 40-60 min or until internal temp reaches 165.
