Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 can Bruce's Yams (15 oz)
    3 tsp Light Brown Sugar (unpacked)
    1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
    1 Tbsp Butter, salted

Directions

Combine all ingredients into a medium saucepan, including the syrup from the yams. Stir gently over medium high heat until it comes to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 15 - 20 minutes or until the syrup thickens. Let cool and enjoy! Makes 3 servings of 2/3 cup each.
