Steph2003's Peach Crisp

Submitted by: STEPH2003

Introduction

Here's a great recipe I found on SP and modified (as usual) to make it lower in fat/cals. Here's a great recipe I found on SP and modified (as usual) to make it lower in fat/cals.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 Large Fresh Peaches, chopped
    .5 cup Sierra Mist Free

    1 cup Quick Cook Oats
    .5 cup Flour
1/4 cup (or less if desired) Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground,
3 Tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Stick)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

In 2 quart baking dish add chopped peaches and Sierra Mist.

In a small bowl mix oats, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon, then cut in cold butter until the mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over peaches and press down into dish.

Optional, you can also use some calorie free butter spray on the top to set any loose mixture.

Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30-40 minutes, until peaches are at desired tenderness.

This is excellent served warm with fat free vanilla ice cream, but make sure you add the nutrition facts for that!
