Salsa Verde

Submitted by: CLIOCALLIOPE

Introduction

A wonderful savory alternative to regular salsa. You can leave out the avocado if you like, but it's really and truly not noticable in this recipe - my avocado-phobic husband and daughter never even noticed and they absolutely love this salsa! I love to add it to grilled chicken & onions for an excellent Pollo Verde. It's also great in rice, on chips, anything you can think of! A wonderful savory alternative to regular salsa.
