5 medium Yukon gold potatoes, scrubbed, cubed and well-cooked
5 medium red potatoes, scrubbed, cubed and well-cooked
2/3 cup plain, low-fat yogurt
1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard
3 tbsp relish
1 medium red onion, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste
Beat in yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard and relish.
Fold in onion, celery, and pepper flakes, as well as salt and pepper if desired.
