Baked Hot Chocolate

Introduction

Ingredients

    8 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
    3 oz butter
    4 whole eggs
    1/4 cup sugar

Directions

Combine chocolate and butter in a mixing bowl and melf over a double broiler. Combine eggs and sugar in a seperate mixing bowl. Now, combine both mixtures. Divide evenly into 4 bake proof dishes and bake at 350 degrees F. for 17-20 minutes.
