    quick oats
    raisins
    skim milk
    ground flax
    Splenda (brown sugar optional).

Directions

Place all ingredients in microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Add splenda if desired or brown sugar (need to include calories if adding brown sugar 16 cal/teaspoon).
