2 slices Arnold Whole Grain & Oat Bread (changing bread will change nutrition info)
1/4 c Egg Beaters
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
Optional (and not counted in info) dried blueberries or other fruit of choice, Sunkist almond accents.
Put in a shallow bowl and dip bread in mixture...Make sure to let it soak up as much as possible of mixture (not as easy cause this stuff is thick like pancake batter almost)
Cook in skillet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Serve w/ sugar free syrup and/or fruit.
