Introduction

These are so good you won't believe it! These are so good you won't believe it!
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    2 boxes Hodgson Mill Whole Grain and Wheat Flour Cornbread and Muffin Mix
    1-12oz can Sprite Zero

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

In a mixing bowl combine cornbread mix and can of sprite.

Spray 24 muffin tins or 48 mini muffin tins with cooking spray (or use liners). Scoop mixture into muffin tins. For regular muffin tins scoop 2 TBS of mixture, for mini muffins, scoop 1 TBS.

Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly brown and cooked through.

This works well with other cornbread mixes also.

Serving size is one regular sized muffin or two mini muffins.
