1/2 cup Barbeque Chicken
1/2 medium onion, sliced thinly
1 pound boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1/2 cup water
Cook on low 8 hours. When ready to serve shred chicken with a fork.
Goes great with broccoli slaw or cabbage slaw on a whole wheat bun.
