Zucchini and Cheese pie

Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 C zucchini shredded
    1/2 C gouda shredded
    1/2 C feta shredded
    4 large eggs beaten
    2 cups of water
    1 cup Bisquick Baking mix

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degreed Fahrenheit.
In a small bowl combine baking mix, eggs and water until lump free.
Pour half of the mixture in each baking pan.
Spread half of the zucchini in each pan being sure it is coated with egg mixture.
Sprinkle half of the feta on each pan.
Sprinkle half of the gouda on each pan gently tapping the cheeses with the back of a spoon or spatula to press in to the egg mixture.
Place both baking pans on the center rack of the oven and bake for 35- 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
