Corn & Black Bean Salad

Introduction

Just a simple salad I threw together with some frozen (thawed) corn, a can of black beans, some onion and spices. Just a simple salad I threw together with some frozen (thawed) corn, a can of black beans, some onion and spices.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    16oz package frozen corn (thawed)
    1 can (15oz?) Bush's Black Beans
    1 cup red onion, diced
    1 TBSP Grill Seasoning for Chicken (I used Kroger's brand. Just look for something where the first ingredient isn't Salt.)
    1/2 tsp ground Cumin
    1/4 cup Olive Oil
    2 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Makes about 8 servings of 1/2 cup each.

Combine all ingreadients together in a bowl and serve. Tastes better after a few hours (or overnight) in the fridge, but is still yummy right away.
