One package whote wheat angel hair pasta
6 frozen shrimp
One packge steam in a bag frozen vegetables
.25 cup Pesto sauce
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
In a large skillet - fry the tsp olive oil, garlic and shrimp .
When angel hair pasta is cooked - rinse to get off the starch------------- drain water and mix into the large skillet with the shrimp.
Add the steamed veges and toss.
Serve and enjoy................... should feed at least 5
Individual calories will be under 200 each leaving some room for a sensible desert.
