Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

    3 Tbsp of butter
    2 cups of white flour
    2 cups of skim milk
    1 cup of shredded cheese of choice
    Salt to taste
    Pepper to taste
    1 tsp of garlic powder
    1 tsp of onion powder
    1 tsp of Emeril Essence

Directions

Melt butter in saucepan. While melting, pour milk in another sauce pan and add seasonings and bring to a simmer. Add flour to butter mixture once melted. Using a wisk, incorporate milk mixture into flour mixture and bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Use as a sauce for chicken or pasta, etc. Makes 8 quarter cup servings.
