    Yogurt, plain, skim milk, .25 cup
    Light Canola Vegan Mayo 1 tbsp
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 2.5 tbsp
    Garlic, 4 cloves
    Spinach, fresh, 1.5 cup
    Artichoke hearts in jar, 2

Directions

Add all ingredients in order to The Bullet container and seal with cross blade. Pulse till mixed. Switch to microwavable lid and microwave for about 30 seconds, stir, microwave for another 30 seconds and serve with Seasoned rye crackers (low calorie, high fiber).
