Introduction

This is the same Spicy Mexican Style Meal
A great Mexican flavored casserole Submitted by MELISSATN, but I've used some ground beef for my husband, and 2% cheese instead of whole fat.

A great Mexican flavored casserole Submitted by MELISSATN, but I've used some ground beef for my husband, and 2% cheese instead of whole fat.

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    8oz Kraft 2% Shredded Cheese
    1 egg white beaten stiff
    9 Tbl sp Fat Free Sour Cream
    .5 cup chopped onion
    1 can Dark Red Kidney beans 15oz
    1 can Petite Cute diced tomatos 15oz
    2 packets of Taco Seasoning, Reduced Sodium
    9oz Ground Turkey 93% lean
    10oz 85% Lean Ground Beef

    Cook and Drain Ground Meat first!!!

Directions

Mix cooked ground meat, tomato, beans, onion and taco seasoning and simmer in a skillet 10mins.

Pre-heat oven to 375 and mix cheese, sour cream and egg white while meat simmers.

Spray 8x8 pan with non-stick spray, pour meat mix on bottom layer.

Spoon/spread cheese mix over top.

Place in oven for 25-30 mins.

Cut into 6 rectangles and enjoy!
