My Favorite Breakfast Smoothie

1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
3/4 cup of skim milk
.5 cup of frozen pineapple (or any other fruit)
2 TB. flaxseed
Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
Ice - enough for desired consistency
