IntroductionI have had many compliments on this moist, chocolate cake. I use it quite a bit for birthdays or special occasions as it is so easy and you can do everything in one pan...so no mess! This is also a favorite recipe of our family. I have made this cake for many years per request of family members, but I put a peanut butter frosting on mine, which makes it even more popular. My recipe is for a large cake (double your recipe) and calls for vinegar, not lemon juice. It is so yummy! - 10/30/08
