Introduction

This recipe iis a recipe from my husband who introduced it to me when we first started going ou together. It is healthy and tastes excellent. I enjoy it very often and it fills me up every time. This recipe iis a recipe from my husband who introduced it to me when we first started going ou together. It is healthy and tastes excellent. I enjoy it very often and it fills me up every time.

Ingredients

    6 cups chopped cabbage
    6 oz. chicken breast, no skin
    1 package chicken flavored ramen noodles crushed
    1 packet chicken ramen seasoning
    2 Tbsp. rice vinegar or other kind
    2 fl. oz. water or more (it varies)

Directions

Boil chicken until meat is thoroughly cooked. Let cool. Chop and set it aside.
Shred the cabbage and put into large bowl. Add crushed ramen to cabbage and mix.
Mix together the vinegar, seasoning, and water until well dissolved. Pour over cabbage and ramen mixture. Coat well. Add chicken and mix. Let sit in refrigerator for 1/2 hour and then eat.
