Ingredients

One box whole wheat spaghetti (6 servings)- I use one that's 180 cals per serving
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp minced garlic
1-2 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 medium tomato, chopped
Directions
Cook pasta per box directions, al dente is best.
Drain. Spray saute pan with cooking spray and add olive oil and minced garlic. Saute garlic and oil over medium high heat for 1 minute. Add pasta to pan and sprinkle with season, garlic powder and salt to taste. Saute for 2-4 minutes. Remove from heat and mix in tomatoes. Makes 6 approximately 1 1/2 cup servings.
