Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup all purpose flour
    2 tsp sugar
    1/2 salt
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    3/4 cup buttermilk
    1/4 cup whole milk
    1 large egg, separated
    2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
    canola or veggie oil fo brushing griddle

Directions

Whisk dry ingredients together

Whisk egg white into milks.

Whisk egg yolk into melted butter.

Then stir egg mixtures together, Dump wet ingredients into dry and whisk until just mixed.

Preheat griddled with oil.

Cook 1/4 cup batter per pancake until golden brown on each side.

YUM!
