This is a variation of another recipe I found on a different website. I have added the chocolate and peanut butter flavors. The peanut butter taste comes through stronger than the chocolate, but I think they're pretty good! This is a variation of another recipe I found on a different website. Ingredients

1/2 cup dry oatmeal
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 egg whites
1 packet Swiss Miss Sensible Sweets Diet Hot Cocoa
1 Tbs Better'n Peanut butter original (or I'm sure your favorite PB would work just fine!)
Directions
Preheat skillet on high.
Mix all ingredients in your blender until smooth.
Spray skillet and cook just like "silver dollar" pancakes, a few at a time.
Number of pancakes varies depending on how large or small you make them.
Yields one serving.
