Paul's Chicken and Rice

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 chicken breast halves
    2 cups minute rice
    1 can cream of mushrrom
    1 can cream chicken
    1 can cream of celery
    2 cups water
    1 tbsp black pepper
    1 tbsp garlic powder

Directions

1) Preheat oven to 400.

2) Mix all soups and water in a learge bowl.

3) Spray 13 x 9 pan with pam. Add rice. Lay chicken on top of rice. Pour soup mixture over chicken and rice.

4) Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake at 400 for 60 minutes. Remove foil and bake additional 15 minutes to brown chicken.

Makes 6 servings.
