Daddy's Favorite Shake

Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 large banana (or fruit of choice)
    1/2 cup soy protein
    1/4 cup frozen blueberries
    1/2 tbp. flaxseed oil
    1/2 tbp. honey (or apple juice concentrate)
    1 cup water
    1 tsp. psyllium seed husks

Directions

*Makes 2 shakes* (The nutrition facts were calculated using the banana and honey.)

1. Add ice to chill the water.
2. Place the ingredients in the blender in the order listed. (Don't add the ice to the mix, it is only used to chill the water)
3. Blend the shake until fairly smooth.
4. Enjoy!
