Tastes very good but doesnt quite fill me up. I just have to learn to enjoy smaller portions because thats how I gained so much weight in the first place! I will definately make it again though! - 1/25/09

This is my favorite smoothie recipe I have made as yet! Although I did mix it up a little bit. I use skim milk instead of soy, add some fiber one cereal to it, reduced fat PB, and sometimes some fat free yogurt! IT is great, smooth, and fills me up for a long time! - 6/20/08

this was really delicious, but my husband thought it was too strong and needed sugar so i added 1/2 cup of vanilla icecream. hubby thought still too strong but I loved it, and most of the kids liked it. I think I may have added 2 much cocoa though.. doubled recipe and lost count - 7/19/10

Yummy! I used skim milk in place of the soy milk (but will try it w soy milk), 2/3 banana, 4 tsp of cocoa powder, and added stevia for sweetener. I like the idea of adding protein powder because I don't get enough protein. My hubby loved it! - 1/17/10

  • I call this "Heaven in a Glass". (But then I went crazy with it) I added one 6oz container of cherry fruit on the bottom yogurt-Dannon, and one whole egg as well. I find that when I add egg whites only I have to be careful when I blend them because they tend to whip and the consistency is affecte - 9/15/10

  • This was delicious. I used the soy milk and added little splenda, along with scoop of protien powder and 10 almonds.
I could get addicted to this one. Plenty of protien from the powder and the peanut butter. The pb also added needed fat in my day. - 1/18/10

Our family likes the taste of p'nut butter, and we like our smoothies colder, so I added 2T of butter and ice cubes. I also added a serving of protein powder; it's always a challenge for me to get enough protein every day. My kids are thoroughly enjoying it. - 9/14/07
