Caramel-Peanut Butter Banana ChimiSubmitted by: CHERRYDOLL

1 Mission Whole wheat, carb balance, fajita size tortilla
1/4 med. banana
2 tsp. Jiff Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
2 tsp. Smucker's Sugar-Free Caramel Topping
1 tbsp. Cool Whip Free
sprinkle of cinnamon
Wrap up tortilla and bake in toaster oven, or on broil in oven for about 3-5 mins (depending on how crispy you like it)
While your tortilla is baking put jar of caramel topping in microwave and warm for 30-40 secs.
Garnish with Cool Whip Free and sprinkle with cinnamon and remaining 1/2 tsp. of caramel from warmed jar.

Great combination of flavors!
Next time I will try using Hersey's Chocolate syrup lite with the banana. It also sounds good to use half an apple and cinnamon instead of the banana with the caramel.

Thank you for your comment and I did attempt one with apples and cinnamon, still working on it to make the apples a little more cooked and softer...they were still too crisp.
