Introduction

Ingredients

    3 onces of boneless chicken breast (grilled)
    1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
    1/2 cup fresh baby carrots chopped
    1/2 cup broccoli chopped
    1/2 cup tomato chopped

Directions

-Boil water and add noodles. Let boil and drain
-Add veggies, sauce, and chicken

Makes 1 serving with amounts given.
