Introduction

Very tasty thai style soup with chicken, king prawns, noodles and healthy veg. Very filling and under 360kcals per serving. Very tasty thai style soup with chicken, king prawns, noodles and healthy veg. Very filling and under 360kcals per serving.

Ingredients

    1 Chicken Breast cubed
    200 grams Raw king prawns.
    2 servings of wholewheat noodles or egg noodles.
    1 Chili Peppers - chopped
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp chopped
    *Fish Sauce, 1 tbsp
    *Soy Sauce, 1.5 tbsp
    Cabbage, chinese (pak-choi)2 head chopped
    1 red Peppers sliced
    2 pints of water.
    2 chicken oxo stock cubes.
    1 head Broccoli
    Mushrooms, 4 medium sliced
    Spinach, 1 cup (remove)
    canderel sugar, 2 tsp
    Lime Juice
    Garlic, 2 cloves chopped

Directions

1. Put 2 pints of water into wok or large pan.
2.Bring to boil - add chopped garlic, ginger, chilli, 2 chicken oxo cubes (optional), fish sauce, soy sauce, squeeze of lemon or lime juice and canderal sugar or similar sweetener.
3. boil for 5 mins. *(see below)

*For a less spicy soup remove chili, garlic, & ginger from the liquid.

4. Add noddles, cubed chicken,sliced pepper, sliced mushrooms and brocoli to soup.
5. Cook until noodles and chicken are cooked.
6. Add pak choi and raw prawns.
7. cook for 2 minutes or until prawns are cooked then add spinach.
8. eat and enjoy.
